Cheeseburger Biscuit Bites Recipes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 8 small squares of American cheese
  • Small pickles and shredded lettuce, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Crumble and cook beef in a skillet, drain grease
  2. Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and line 8 cups with refrigerated biscuits (pressing down)
  4. Divide meat mixture amongst the 8 cups. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, or until biscuit dough is slightly brown and baked.
  5. Top with cheese squares and bake a few additional minutes until slightly melted.
  6. Top with a little extra ketchup, pickles, shredded lettuce, etc. Enjoy!
