Slow Cooker Raspberry Balsamic Meatballs

Slow Cooker Raspberry Balsamic Meatballs are the right glazed meatballs for a party! Raspberry preserves, balsamic vinegar, Worcester sauce , and seasonings make these slow cooker frozen meatballs the right bite-sized appetizer recipe!

This recipe is kind of a twist on the classic jelly meatballs that everybody likes to make round the holidays for Christmas parties and New Year’s parties. I’ve had those before and that i definitely prefer this recipe for slow cooker frozen meatballs below. the first is extremely sweet, but this one features a much deeper flavor which i feel it thanks to the balsamic vinegar and Worcester sauce. It only leaves me with one question.

I mean I obviously cannot take credit for the first idea of sweet glazed meatball appetizers, albeit I’ve tweaked this recipe as my very own . Really though, the list of ingredients on their own really don’t sound like they’d go well together in the least . Please tell me it’s not just me!!

Something magical happens therein Crockpot to form these flavors meld together. The sweet raspberry preserves and sugar combine with the sauces and ginger to form an ideal glaze coating the meatballs. If you're planning on serving this at a celebration , just keep the meatballs within the slow cooker on the “keep warm” setting. Guests can just grab some with a couple of toothpick to eat as they mingle. Perfect!
